Mona's $23M ledger: the smallest budget we track, and it buys gas from Nephi

A small town's books, in full

VendorTotal paidShare
Nephi City (gas)$3.2M14.2%
Mickelsen Construction & Electric$0.8M3.5%
Rocky Mountain Power$0.7M3.2%
Jay Mecham Country Garbage$0.7M2.9%
Mona Irrigation Company$0.4M1.8%

Mona's biggest payee is the town next door. The city buys natural gas wholesale from Nephi and passes it through to residents, so 14% of everything Mona spends is a check written down the highway. The rest of the list is small-town plumbing: a local electrical contractor, Rocky Mountain Power, the garbage hauler, the irrigation company.
